Here’s everything you need to know before visiting! These simple guidelines help keep FunSpace safe, clean, and enjoyable for every child and grown-up who walks through our doors.
Important: We care deeply about the well-being of all our little guests. If your child or anyone in your family has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the past 48 to 72 hours, please wait until everyone feels better before visiting. We’ll be here ready for fun when you are!
Play Room & Party Rules
To make sure every visit is enjoyable for all families, we ask that you follow a few simple rules during playtime and parties. These guidelines help us create a safe, welcoming space where kids can explore freely and parents can relax with peace of mind.
Play Room Rules
- Socks are required for all guests in the play area, in line with local health guidelines.
- Feel free to bring snacks, just make sure they’re nut-free and alcohol-free so everyone can enjoy safely.
- Prices are in CAD with GST and PST added, except where indicated.
- We’re a 100% smoke-free zone built for big smiles and fresh air!
- Rough play, pushing, or wrestling is not allowed.
- Respect all staff instructions to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.
- Ball pit balls stay in the ball pit no throwing them around the facility.
Party Rules
A $50 party deposit is required. Non-refundable if cancelled, but credited toward your total if the party proceeds.
Please note that room capacity includes both children and adults.
- We love a good party, but please keep things clean and safe. A minimum $25 cleaning fee will apply for messy activities like silly string, confetti, sparklers, or cake smashes, and will be deducted from your deposit. This also applies to any damage to table covers or walls. If you’re decorating, only use painter’s tape; it’s wall-friendly and approved.
- Party packages include admission for up to 10 children. Additional guests are welcome with a small extra charge per child.
- Each child gets a party-ready place at the table. Adult table settings are not part of the package.
- Cancelling a face painter within 48 hours of your party will result in a 50% fee to cover the performer’s time.
- Parties must be booked in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate unreserved celebrations.

Great place!! Took my niece and nephew here today and they had a blast!! We forgot our socks but didn’t have to worry because they had ones we could buy there, it was such a relief to not have to run to Walmart to get some! Abby was such a gem with all the kids, and to us moms, she made our visit just that much better! Bonus you can bring in outside food and drinks!!
Fabulous place to let toddlers explore and learn physical literacy skills. Felt like it was a safe space to let my little ones explore and test new limits with climbing, slides and other fun obstacles. The staff member was incredibly lovely that was there during the time we were. Definitely will be back! Great for a rainy day or too hot of a day outside. I don’t know what their peak busy hours look as it was a quieter weekday morning we went but regardless, great spot to bring toddlers and younger kids for fun.
